Editorial Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
This page explains how WealthWire Daily researches, sources, updates, and corrects the articles we publish. It exists so readers, and anyone evaluating our content, can see the standard we hold every article to.
Sourcing Standards
Factual claims, rates, deadlines, and policy details are sourced from primary sources wherever they exist: the Federal Reserve, the IRS, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Social Security Administration, TreasuryDirect, Freddie Mac, the National Association of Realtors, the Mortgage Bankers Association, and the CFPB. Reputable finance outlets are used for context and analysis, not as the sole source for hard numbers. We do not invent current rates, policy changes, deadlines, or market data.
Fact-Checking
Every article is checked against its cited sources before publication. Where a figure comes from a specific report or data release, we link to that source directly in the article body so readers can verify it themselves rather than taking our word for it.
Editorial Independence
We do not accept payment, equity, or gifts from financial companies in exchange for positive coverage, and product mentions are not influenced by advertising relationships. Where we display advertising, it is clearly separated from editorial content.
Keeping Articles Current
Interest rates, tax rules, and program deadlines change. Rate-sensitive articles (savings yields, mortgage rates, tax brackets) are reviewed and updated as the underlying data changes; other articles are reviewed at least annually. Every article displays a "Last updated" date, and that date reflects an actual review, not a cosmetic refresh.
Corrections
If you believe an article contains an error, factual, numerical, or otherwise, please tell us at contact@wealthwiredaily.com. We review every report and correct confirmed errors as soon as we can verify them against the original source.
Not Financial Advice
Everything we publish is for informational and educational purposes only. See our Disclaimer for full details, and always consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
